How Customer Pricing Differs
DIY

Do It Yourself

The customer works directly with the notary while using CLOSE.DIRECT to manage assignments, documents, credentials, invoicing and payments.

District President opportunity: Recurring referral revenue from qualifying orders placed by enrolled customers.
White Glove

Done For You

The signing service handles notary coordination and assignment management on behalf of the customer.

District President opportunity: Signing-service revenue when operating the service, or agreed referral compensation when a partner signing service handles the work.

DIY and White Glove carry different pricing because the service responsibilities differ. Current rate sheets are provided during training and reviewed in your 10-minute sit-downs with customers.
